Your inn. Our fresh eyes.

Sometimes you know your property so well that you stop seeing it the way your guests do. Fresh Eyes Review™ gives inn owners an objective, experienced perspective on their property, guest experience, and operation.

What we look at

The guest journey

Website and booking, pre-arrival communication, arrival and welcome, rooms, amenities, dining, common spaces, local experiences, and departure.

The operation

Daily workflows, staff responsibilities, communication, housekeeping, scheduling, vendors, inventory, and tasks that consume unnecessary time.

The property

Curb appeal, maintenance, lighting, comfort, functionality, wear and tear, seasonal concerns, and the small details that affect perceived quality.

The opportunity

Wellness, dining, local partnerships, special packages, weddings, retreats, seasonal programming, and underused spaces.
